1. We offer Return Management services around the globe. Being part of Reverse Logistics Group (RLG), we have 20+ offices on four continents. Currently we’re working on expansion in the USA and Canada.
2. We have a large client portfolio of many international A+ brands: from fashion to electronics. Our client base is growing in more than 80 countries.

I started as Implementation Manager and after two years I took the opportunity to become a Product Owner. I am the product owner of a team of 5 software engineers and 2 test engineers and make sure we develop what our clients are looking for in a return product or service. Our team is partly inhouse and partly external which requires very good teamwork and communication. I like the fact that I am closely involved in defining Cycleon's roadmap.
I had been working with Cycleon for 3 years from Romania as a tester before being asked to join the company and move to Utrecht end of 2017. I've now taken a step up to become Software Engineer. Our applications are quite diverse, providing the opportunity to have hands-on-experience on multiple flavors of IT or specialize in one. It`s a challenging and dynamic environment which doesn't get outdated so I never get bored. We work in SCRUM, Agile with clear sprint goals.
Customer Success Executive
We're a small team but working for very large clients. My week is a mix of working in the office and walking to colleagues desks to find out more about new implementations or business intelligence, and travelling to see my clients. Most of them are based in London so mostly I go there for a few days so I can combine meetings. Not bad if you ask me, for a first job after Uni.
Since I've been working for Cycleon I can see a large growth in expanding our services, offering them in more countries and always growing our client base. What counts in the end? That our customers see us as a valuable partner. I believe we can be because our employees are always in close contact with our clients and feel the freedom to take their own initiatives to work on new propositions, services and products for them.
I've been working for Cycleon for 10,5 years now, so I think that says enough about whether I like my job. We're a small company with a global reach working mostly for multinationals. You can't find that combination often. As we're a small team we often have the power to make our own decisions. This is really how I can show my added value.
I love the diversity of my job. On a given day I can be working on the strategy with the management board, recruiting a new Manager Customer Success, working on extending our service portfolio, joining a client meeting, our global expansion and sourcing more suppliers.
We're a good mix of experienced- and young colleagues with challenging questions and ideas which keep me sharp. As a team we always want more and aim to do it better than yesterday.
Intern Logistics Management
In my five months internship at Cycleon I learned a lot about return logistics. It is a great opportunity to take my study into practice. In the future I would love to work in fashion logistics, to find solutions to improve the returns process. My colleagues are very friendly and well-willing to help me. I like the fact that Cycleon is a international company with colleagues from all around the world.
Customer Success Executive
In May 2019 I started as Customer Success Executive, being the first point of contact for a few of our clients; Crocs, Amazon, Pepe Jeans, HP, Ridestore and more. I found the vacancy for this job through LinkedIn after which I contacted the manager directly. My first interviews were done through Skype whilst I was still in Brazil and I started my first working day within 2 weeks after moving to the Netherlands. My job is challenging; there’s always something I’m investigating and that’s what I like. I get to visit and speak to our clients all over Europe; no single day is the same.
We are located in Utrecht on the 14th floor of the Mirage building (Vliegend Hertlaan 71), which means we are spoiled with a beautiful view over the city. We're right next to public transport and the A2.
